My STory 

In my corporate career,  I held several senior marketing roles covering the full spectrum of the marketing discipline, including market research, customer acquisition, campaign management, branding and advertising.

In my last role, as Global Head of Commercialisation for a major bank, I developed many successful marketing programs, from conception, through launch and ongoing support, including developing collateral, campaigns and training.

My responsibilities included developing analytics to monitor and assess campaign performance and provide insight to enhance and refine activities. This included launching ANZ’s first global customer acquisition campaign across 28 countries, which exceeded customer acquisition and revenue targets.

More recently I have been working with established and startup businesses, helping them develop their strategy, digital marketing and social media activities. This has involved ‘hands on’ work in conducting market research, developing business cases and preparing budgets.

My work experience is supported by both undergraduate studies in Economics and, at post-graduate level, in Marketing, Research and Analytics. I have recently completed an Inbound Digital Marketing course and have Professional Certification in Communications from Trinity College in London.
