nMB Playbook

National Mortgage Brokers PLAYBOOK

Commissioned by nMB, a wholesale mortgage aggregator, to develop a new publication ‘The nMB Mortgage Broker’s Playbook’ that offers advice, tools and tips to new brokers. The 50 page publication provides a framework to determine where the new broker should be focusing their time and resources in their critical first 100 days of operation.

I have since been retained by nMB to assist in developing and implementing their three year strategic plan.

ACACIA CONSULTING MArketing Plan

Acacia Consulting Services implement and support Enterprise Resource Planning solutions that allow their over 300 clients to use a system of integrated applications to better manage their businesses and automate back office functions.

Acacia believed that individual marketing elements were in place, but were not operating in unison. They commissioned me to review their existing marketing approach, with the aim of a developing a comprehensive, cohesive strategy and a supporting implementation plan. 

With the plan now complete, Acacia have asked me to stay on to develop new collateral, upgrade their digital marketing, and help launch new products and enter new industries.

As Transition Migration Manager, I was responsible for project managing the integration of Tritin Property Services into the Hocking Stuart Real Estate Group.
